Terms of use.

These terms cover this website only. The terms governing a paid engagement are set in the contract we sign together — not here.

Site content

The text, code samples, and diagrams on this site are provided for informational purposes only. Performance numbers, cost figures, and timelines reflect anonymised outcomes from past engagements; they are not a guarantee of future results in your environment. We will not quote performance commitments outside of a written engagement scope.

No advice without an engagement

Reading this site, exchanging email with us, or attending a discovery call does not create a consulting relationship. The relationship begins when both parties sign an engagement letter that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and confidentiality. Until then, nothing on this site or in early-stage conversation should be relied on as legal, financial, or operational advice for your specific environment.

Intellectual property

Marks, logos, and brand assets on this site belong to fastpriors. Open-source projects we publish (such as fp-eval and kv-layout, when released) are governed by their respective licenses on GitHub.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape this site at high rates, attempt to compromise it, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial offers. We will block and ignore such traffic.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, fastpriors disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for content on this site. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed entirely by that engagement's contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the engagement contract; if no engagement is in place, by the laws of England and Wales for users in the UK/EU, and Delaware, USA for all other users. Engagement contracts may select a different governing law.
